I have had a couple of experiences with companies that sold me stuff through their Amazon stores that take customer service very seriously. I mean to the point of sending me free stuff in the hope that I’d like it better than the one I bought . They really want those Amazon stars. That’s important marketing for them.

I hope so, because after restarting my computer I still can’t open the driver. So I’m gonna have to contact their customer support.

I’m just gonna try reinstalling it first, because there number is a Chinese one. Idk how I’ll get charged for calling that or if the person who’ll pick up will speak English.

That’s usually step one. I had to make a land line call to the Philippines once. Something like 15 min. cost me over $100.

Hopefully they have an email that Amazon customer service can help you get if it’s not obviously available.

I got it, I just downloaded the driver from the manufacture , rather than the web address they gave me.
